Enter Athena Hospitality Group, a full-turnkey hotel management company that helps clients achieve sustainable success through customer-centric services.
“We believe that hospitality brands should foster lasting relationships that deliver maximum value for every single transaction instead of solely focusing on profitability,” Jay Patel, CEO of Athena Hospitality Group.
Although a young company founded in 2020, Athena’s principles are built upon fifty years of experience in all aspects of the hospitality industry. This expertise across the construction, operations, branding, and finance elements of handling limited and full-service hotel brands, combined with its goal-oriented and initiative-driven approach to customer engagements, enables the group to offer end-to-end services.
The group’s nature as a full-service provider allows it to handle hospitality property management, development, and investment in-house. For instance, when approached during the initial stages of a hotel’s construction, Athena delivers a holistic experience, handling entire projects, from creating and designing the brand to finalizing the location and starting the development.
“Hospitality organizations should prioritize swift response to customer queries and provide quick resolution across various needs requirements. We address these by leveraging emerging technologies that facilitate fast-paced response generation and customer satisfaction across diverse requirements,” states Patel.
Exemplifying the emphasis on effectively listening and responding to specific needs is Athena’s focus on continually training its sales team through modules that reinforce their skillset to satisfy consumer demands. It prioritizes educating staff by enabling them to access necessary tools that build experience and camaraderie to work as a team, leading to the best customer experiences.
Focusing on mid-tier and upper-tier hotel brands, the hospitality group owns and manages nine hotels across Louisiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and New Jersey with four more (4) Hilton and two (2) Marriot branded hotels in the pipeline. The prominent brands it partners with include Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Choice.
Athena aims to become one of the industry’s major hotel management and ownership companies and build a portfolio of 25 hotels comprising upper-upscale full-service properties in leading markets within the next five years.
The values of professionalism, consistency, integrity, and trust established by the founder lie at the heart of Athena’s success and award-winning service. The team has first-hand experience of how these core tenets can drive positive results, extraordinary guest experiences, and maximum revenue optimization. In addition, its strong brand relationships, lucrative financial position, and commitment to quality strengthen the company’s foundation in the hyper-competitive hospitality landscape.
Stories like this showcase Athena’s ability to stand out among market competitors due to its flexibility and consistent growth. Driven by an active pursuit to enter new markets, develop strategic partnerships, and expand its presence in targeted geographical areas, it is poised to continue delivering service excellence across the hospitality industry.
